The 4th lecture of the online lecture series which was organized by the Department of Sociology and the Sociological Association was conducted by Professor Charith Herath, Member of Parliament. It was held on 26th January, 2021. In this lecture he specified on the scientific background of the coronavirus. He further explained that this epidemic has affected not only the health sector but also all socio-cultural, economic and political sectors, how people should behave in this pandemic period, therefore each and every human’s lifestyle was changed into an anther level. It was successfully held and a large number of students and other academics participated this event.
