The Sociological Association organized a community based program ( including Shramadhana Campaign) at Uda-Aparekka village. This program was conducted with the collaboration of Divisional Secretariat Office,Dondra. Senior Prof.Sujeewa Amarasena,the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ruhuna participated as the chief guest of this occasion and Prof.Saman Chandana, the Deputy Vice Chancellor of the University of Ruhuna participated as the guest of honor. The program was conducted successfully and the main aim of this program was to uplift the community participation and active participation in order to promote community based activities among the villagers and university students.
