Author Guidelines


Author Guidelines

Authors can submit their articles, prepared adhering to following guidelines in soft-copies (in Microsoft Word File (.doc or .docx)) electronically via online submission system or Articles can be submitted any time and accepted articles will be published in the following issue once the entire review process is completed. Individual author is committed to ensure the originality of his/her manuscriptby affirming that the article is neither published no under consideration for publication elsewhere. The journal only accepts manuscripts written in English. The length of the paper should not exceed 10000 words excluding the abstract, tables and figures.

The abstract should be concise and factual with maximum (250 words). Provide a maximum of 5 keywords that best describes your research paper.

Title page

The following sections are mandatory in the title page

i. Font type :Times New Roman

ii. The title of the paper: IN CAPITAL LETTERS (Font size 14/bolt/)

iii. Names and affiliations of all authors and the contact information of the corresponding author. (font size 12)

iv. Further, if this paper has been presented in a symposium or meeting, complete related information should be given on a footnote at the title page.

Sections from second page

i. Main Topics : IN CAPITAL LETTERS/ Bolt/ Font Size 12

ii. Sub topics : in simple letters with capitalize each first letter of the word

7. REFERENCES (use only APA reference style )

Table/s, Map/s and Pictures

i. Table/s should not repeat data which is available elsewhere in the script.

ii. Table/s should be numbered consecutively.

iii. Tables should carry legends which make their general meanings clear without reference to the text and all table columns should have explanatory headings.

iv. If the data is secondary the source should be clearly indicated at the bottom of the table.

v. Maps and line drawings should be sent in their final form ready for the printer.

vi. They should be fully labelled and captioned.

vii. Scanned figures must be of high quality (300 dpi) to fit the proportions of the printed page (12 x 17 cm)

Citations and References:

Guidelines specified in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (6th edition) must be followed.

A consolidated alphabetical list of all books, articles, essays and theses referred to (including any referred to in the tables, graphs and maps) in the text should be provided at the end of the article.

References for tables and figures should accompany the table or figure. If more than one publication by the same author is listed, the items should be given in chronological order. References should be embedded in text in the author-date method of citation. For example: (Konhert, 2007, p. 12), (Kannabiran et al., 2008, pp. 175–200).

Smith, J.R. (2001, January). Quotes of 45 or more words will be block quotes. Reference style guidelines. Retrieved Date, Month, and Year, from http://www.


Please do not place a period at the end of an online reference.
