Dr HIGC Kumara, BA & MPhil in Geography, University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. MSc in Development Management, University of Agder, Norway, PhD, Department of Geography, Tourism and Environmental Planning, University of Waikato, New Zealand. Presently Senior Lecturer in Geography, Department of Geography, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka.
